Umesyu is an alcoholic drink and is made out of sugar cubes, white liquire (not vodca or gin, its a special liqure that makes alcohol drinks), and plums that are still green. My granma makes it in Japan and I would love to try producing a pot but its really hard to find green plums as most of them are imported at this time of the year.
